Product Manager – AI Securities

Location: Dublin (Hybrid, 1–2 days onsite)
Type: Permanent

Partnering with a B2B technology organisation is seeking a Product Manager to lead a growing AI Security portfolio at the intersection of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.

This role sits at the centre of strategy and execution, owning roadmap, delivery, and customer impact for technical SaaS products focused on mitigating AI security risk. You will work cross functionally with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to deliver high value, customer focused features in a fast moving, innovation driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership

  • Define product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities

  • Balance customer needs, technical constraints, and commercial objectives

  • Track product performance through metrics, dashboards, and lifecycle reporting

Customer Focus

  • Gather and prioritise user feedback

  • Translate customer pain points into clear product improvements

  • Align product direction with real world AI security use cases

Agile Delivery

  • Lead sprint planning, stand ups, and feature kick offs

  • Drive dual track Agile across discovery and delivery

  • Manage risk, scope, and execution timelines

Cross Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Engineering on usability and technical debt

  • Enable Sales and Marketing with clear product messaging and releases

  • Align global stakeholders to shared product objectives

Quality & Process

  • Continuously refine team processes

  • Ensure product usability and technical performance remain high

Required Experience

  • 3+ years B2B SaaS Product Management experience essential

  • Proven track record delivering technical software products

  • Strong Agile delivery experience

  • Data driven decision making under ambiguity

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Exposure to cybersecurity or AI technologies

  • Experience working with AI security use cases or technical SaaS platforms

  • Strong commercial and financial evaluation capability
